As part of our thorough onboarding process, an identification check is carried out for every sitter joining our Register of Professional Pet Sitters. This is to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of those who will be caring for your pets and home.
I will review their online presence, including their Facebook business page, relevant group memberships, Google My Business profile, and website. These details will be cross-referenced with their qualification certificates and insurance policy to verify consistency and credibility.
Additionally, each sitter will be invited to an online meeting where I can personally connect, allowing me to verify their identity so you can feel assured about the sitter’s trustworthiness before they enter your home.

You'll start by completing a simple registration form with details about you and your pets.
Ahead of paying the membership fee, I will personally check your location against the areas covered by our registered pet sitters. This ensures that there’s a strong chance of a sitter being available when you need one.
Unlike other platforms, you won’t be asked to pay for membership until I know there’s potential coverage for your area.
Once you’ve found a sitter you like, you can check their availability and request a personalised quote. I’ll be here to assist with the admin side of things, ensuring everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on what matters most - your pet’s care and happiness.
